What a hassle putting images into forum posts. Finally hacked around and got it up here.
Thomas P.M. Barnett wrote The Pentagon's New Map: War and Peace in the Twenty-First Century and I encourage anyone interested in where the Pentagon is going to read it.
There is a good article about it over at Wikipedia.
Barnett also has a website and blog.
He lectures to high brass about strategy on a global scale. The neocons got him about 20% right. Go to the source and you can learn what the United States has in mind for the rest of the world.
